Dr. Doreen McGunagle is the CEO of Global Strategic
Management Solutions. She is an organizational
consultant, facilitator, and speaker with more than
20 years experience working with Fortune 1000
companies. To reach your goal of sustainability,
Dr. McGunagle works with you to align the values,
strategy, people, and culture within the organization.
An accomplished writer and professor: her publications include The Chinese Auto
Industry: Taming the Dragon as well as numerous trade publications. Her educational
background includes both a Ph.D. (Organization and Management with a Specialization
in International Business) and MBA (Management). As an organizational troubleshooter,
Professor McGunagle combines both her educational and professional business
experience in her practical, innovative approach.
A leader in her community, Dr. McGunagle is a graduate of Leadership Palm Beach
and has been involved in leadership roles with a number of professional and community
organizations. She currently serves as a Director for the Area Agency on Aging and
Toastmasters International District 47.
Dr. McGunagle is part of the Doctoral Faculty with University of Phoenix, Walden
University, and Northcentral University. She serves as a Dissertation Chair to Doctoral
students from around the world on a variety of quantitative and qualitative research
studies applying organizational and management philosophies. Her current research
project qualitative case study is to explore the organizational change and
processes in a non-profit organization.
